Mary E. Cookman, Legal Assistant, B.A. Hons.
Mary was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario before her parents retired to Muskoka. Mary attended Fleming College in 2020 for Law Clerk and commenced working in telecommunications for over ten (10) years. Mary realized her true calling and returned to University at the University of Guelph where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Criminal Justice and Public Policy with a minor in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology in 2020. Mary then attended TriOS College in an Accelerated Paralegal Program in February 2022.
Mary assists members of the firm in the areas of civil, family and estate litigation, residential and commercial real estate, employment and Small Claims Court matters. Mary currently lives in Guelph, Ontario with her husband. In her spare time, Mary enjoys going to concerts, camping and canoeing, weightlifting, spending time on the golf course and travelling with her husband.
