Ann Marie Yantz, Licensed Paralegal, Law Clerk

Ann Marie joined Kelly & Co. in 1997 and is an experienced Law Society of Upper Canada licensed Paralegal and Law Clerk with broad trial and litigation experience. Ann Marie has extensive experience with Highway Traffic Act matters, having provided prosecution services to the Halton Region for Part I Provincial Offences matters and to the Attorney General of Ontario as a Part III Provincial Offences Prosecutor. Ann Marie has a sensible, practical approach and a unique ability to get things done where others do not.

Ann Marie is a member of the Prosecutors Association of Ontario, a Board Member of the Paralegal Advisory Committee for Conestoga College, an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and was the first paralegal in history elected to the Board of Trustees (Treasurer) of the Waterloo Law Association.
